No actionThe real problem
The hub separates events, health notices, forms, invoices, policies and general updates. It alerts the family only when someone needs to act.
How it works
If one message fails, the hub leaves it for review and continues with the rest.
Gmail searches only the approved school and childcare senders. Spam and Trash stay out.
The hub compares message content and attachment hashes so copied emails do not create repeated files or alerts.
Sensitive health and incident notices never go to Gemini. The hub checks Gemini's output again before using it for other messages.
The hub saves the record in Drive, adds valid future dates to Calendar and sends one Gmail alert when someone needs to act.
What it handles today
Attachments and messages go only to approved category folders. AI cannot invent a destination.
Several checks catch renamed attachments and repeated copies of the same message.
Malformed, past or implausibly distant proposals are discarded before Calendar is touched.
Every actionable update gets its own readable email with deadlines, reasons and links back to the source.
Privacy
The whole workflow uses Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Apps Script and Google Gemini. This public page contains only fictional examples.
